Rachel Wilson-Couch is a freelance journalist, copywriter and writer. She blogs for The Huffington Post and has written feature articles for a variety of publications including BBC Olive magazine, Italia! magazine, Cornwall Today, thetraveleditor.com,thefoodiebugle.com, The Good Cornwall Guide and Venue magazine, as well as having a regular column with Northclifffe Media and posting regularly on food at saffronbunny. She regards food, Cornwall and Italy as her true loves but will flirt with anything in the name of writing. Other areas of expertise include literature and education. After living in Sicily for three years (and finding it very hard to come back), teaching as a secondary school English teacher in Bristol for seven years, she has returned to her roots in Cornwall and now lives in Truro.
